Facebook continues in it’s pursuit of being the most popular website on the internet by topping Google once again. Recent analysis showed that Facebook is now responsible for 35% of all internet traffic worldwide plus it has the most page views online too.

• In an analysis done by Google’s Doubleclick Ad Planner 1000 list, the social networking site Facebook happens to be on top of them all, used by 540 million users, constituting more than 35% of Internet users in the world. To add to this, the most popular social networking portal had page views of about 570 billion to its credit, again emerging on top of the list.
